Interested in trying out baby yoga? Come along every Thursday (term time) 11-11.45 with your little ones to experience a session of gentle movement, relaxation and bonding time together. Classes are a mixture of yoga for you and for your baby.
Gentle yoga for your baby can specifically aid sleep patterns, regulate digestion and help with the development of physical milestones.
Yoga for you will focus on relieving any aches and pains, gentle repair of diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation), strengthening pelvic floor muscles and an indulgent relaxation to give you time to really switch off and unwind.
Diddly Oms believe that both of you can benefit through yoga together.
Classes start from 12 weeks old until when your baby is really becoming mobile. You don’t need to have any experience of yoga to enjoy Baby Yoga together.
