Previously a member of Buns n’ Roses WI in Leeds I wanted to create an opportunity for like-minded women to form a new Women’s Institute (WI) in the area, Sisters of Horsforth.
There is already a WI in Horsforth that meets monthly so it’s super exciting our town can support two groups! I’ve been working with a WI Advisor from the West Yorkshire Federation and we have organised an ‘expression of interest’ meeting to gather support.
WI brings together anyone who identifies as a women to share knowledge and skills and make a difference in their community.
